The conference is taking place at the Info Center of

DONG Energy, Kraftværksvej 53, 7000 Fredericia (Map)

Transport by train may be planned on Rejseplanen.

Accommodation has been arranged at Hindsgavl Castle where the conference dinner is also taking place on Wednesday evening. Bus transport from the conference location to Hindsgavl Wednesday evening and from Hindsgavl to the conference location Thursday morning has been arranged.

Presentations

All papers are to be presented by oral presentation of 25 minutes including discussion. Authors should plan for a talk of no more than 20 minutes duration. Slide shows may made in powerpoint or pdf format.

Authors are asked to make sure that their presentations copied onto the pc in the room of the session and to present themselves to the chairman of the session in due time before it takes place.

The organizers of SIMS 50 are happy to announce the final program of the conference.

The two days of the conference will be opened by keynote speeches on topical themes for which modeling and simulation are important tools. During the days of the conference two parallel sessions will be taking place.

All participants are invited to the SIMS annual meeting after the last session Wednesday.

We have agreed with the journal of Eurosim " Simulation Modelling – Practice and Theory" to specify in more detail how papers of SIMS 50 will be handled:

Selected papers will be considered for publication in the EUROSIM scientific journal "Simulation and Modelling - Practice and Theory" published by Elsevier Science. Extended versions will undergo the usual refereeing process.
